Job description

The Engineer job family is responsible for maintaining a deep, technical knowledge and thorough understanding of solution design, constraints and operational approaches. The Engineer job family develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to build and implement technology solutions, as well as actively anticipate and solve problems during and after delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
*Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
*Must incorporate security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
*3+ years of combined infrastructure engineering experience
*Experience in Atlassian - Jira and Confluence administration in a large organization
*Understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, etc.
*Understanding in customizing Atlassian Jira including:
oAdding custom fields, defining field configurations and schemes
oBuilding custom workflows including use of conditions, validators, post-functions
oBuilding custom screens, screen schemes
*Access Management using permission schemes, groups, roles
*Experience with Jira automation, subscriptions, notification schemes
*Manage and maintain Jira projects, test plans, templates, workflows and permissions
*Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
*Analyze data from Jira and Confluence to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights
*Experience working directly with users to gather requirements and make recommendations to meet user needs
*Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups of Atlassian products
*Assess new Atlassian apps and plugins, recommending those that add value to the organization
Preferred:
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
*Experience with Microsoft 365 and Service Now
