They review new client engagements, business transactions, and attorney relationships to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. Their role helps protect client confidentiality, maintain professional integrity, and mitigate legal risks.
A Conflicts Counsel is primarily responsible for reviewing new business intake, analyzing potential conflicts of interest, and advising attorneys on risk mitigation and compliance solutions.
