As a Nurse Manager, you'll provide administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or unit(s). The Nurse Manager's primary role is to make decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing. You'll be expected to use your experience to confidently lead and direct a team of fellow nurses and staff, while ensuring that the unit is operating safely and effectively.
