Job description

We are looking for a Monday.com CRM Configuration specialist to support client implementations and optimization initiatives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong consulting skills with hands-on experience improving workflows, configuring business systems, and guiding users through change. The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency, adoption, and overall business performance.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational goals, document business needs, and align system configurations with desired outcomes.

• Lead implementation activities from discovery through rollout, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain organized and on track.

• Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and improve cross-functional coordination.

• Configure ERP/CRM platform features, automation rules, and connected tools to support scalable and effective day-to-day operations.

• Deliver user training sessions and create clear reference materials that help teams adopt new functionality with confidence.

• Provide ongoing advisory support by answering questions, resolving configuration-related issues, and recommending practical enhancements.

• Collaborate with account and delivery teams to strengthen client satisfaction, encourage long-term engagement, and uncover opportunities for expanded services.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining implementation practices, documenting repeatable procedures, and supporting evolving customer needs.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, consulting, or another client-facing role involving business systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ERP/CRM configuration experience supporting business process improvements.
• Background working in startup, fast-scaling, or similarly dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create structured processes, procedures, and scalable operational solutions.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, recruiting, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
