Job Description:
The Integrated Product Support Specialist provides program management, engineering support, logistics coordination, and configuration management services for Navy programs, including Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Seaframe and Mission Modules, Gun Weapon Systems (GWS), Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TWCS), Harpoon, and DDG 1000. This role supports schedule development, requirements analysis, technical reviews, engineering inputs, and program documentation. Candidates with Navy experience are strongly preferred; however, motivated applicants without prior Navy exposure will be trained.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide program management support for Littoral Strike and Warfare programs.
• Perform organizational studies and systems engineering analysis to develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and requirements.
• Update and maintain engineering calendars and Division Project Office calendars.
• Monitor and track the status of program requirements, including Integrated Product Support planning, schedules, and data calls.
• Conduct analysis, review data, and prepare recommendations for sponsors and fleet representatives.
• Support the development of presentations, schedules, white papers, strategies, execution plans, and program reviews.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in meetings and conferences; collect and disseminate metric data.
• Provide engineering support for hardware and software configuration control, including change requests and defect reports.
• Participate in design reviews, documentation updates, software configuration management, peer reviews, and Local Configuration Control Board (LCCB) meetings.
• Perform and support desktop and physical configuration audits.
• Analyze and track engineering inputs and metrics related to performance, resource planning, IMS updates, program briefings, and technical papers.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Systems Management, or similar) and 3 years' experience or 6+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with US Navy supply, configuration management, provisioning, and the interdependencies between the disciplines.
• Basic understanding of program management principles, schedules, and requirements tracking.
• Ability to review and synthesize technical information to support reporting and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data-driven products.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (or currently holding one).
Preferred Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, Navy, or engineering programs in a technical, programmatic, or analytical role.
• Experience supporting LCS, GWS, TWCS, Harpoon, or DDG 1000 programs.
• Familiarity with configuration management processes or Local Configuration Control Boards.
• Background in systems engineering, logistics, or integrated product support.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience preparing schedules, white papers, technical briefs, or program reports.
Security Clearance:
Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD Government- granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Salary Description
