Job description

Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow ITOM Implementation & Platform Leadership
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow ITOM module, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB design/configuration.
Define ITOM implementation roadmap, project milestones, and success metrics in partnership with IT leadership.
Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow to align with business requirements and ITIL best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to scope, plan, and support the implementation of future ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM enhancements, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, or other modules as the platform expands).
Maintain platform health, including instance upgrades, patching, integrations, and data integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and end-user training materials.
Evaluate and recommend ServiceNow best practices, new features, and platform optimizations.
Vulnerability Management Support
Assist in the coordination and tracking of vulnerability management activities, including scanning cadences, remediation tracking, and reporting.
Support integration of vulnerability data into ServiceNow (e.g., Vulnerability Response module) to streamline remediation workflows.
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to prioritize and track remediation efforts against SLAs.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Support
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of BCDR plans, documentation, and testing schedules.
Assist in coordinating disaster recovery tabletop exercises and post-exercise reporting.
Help ensure BCDR-related data, assets, and dependencies are accurately reflected within the ServiceNow CMDB.
