Job Description

Duration: 6 Months

PrimaryResponsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

        Perform configuration analysis across SAP SolutionManager Application Life Cycle Management processes and applications. Pleasesee ALM areas listed above.

        Provide functional knowledge for the applicationssupported by 3M's Quality Services organization and associated ApplicationLifecycle Management processes

        Ability to resolve complex business requirementsvia SAP configured solutions

        Work closely with the Technology teams to developnew functionality and provide functional and technology support on SAPApplication Life Cycle Management processes.

        Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents;track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle

        Ability to identify SAP notes and work systemchanges through the Change Management process.

        Work with Business and Technical Analysts to definerequirements and translate them to functional specifications,

        Collaborates as needed with other SAP support teammembers on configuration design questions and analysis

        Facilitates interactions and escalations withappropriate groups (e.g. 3M SAP Solution teams, Global Infrastructure, ServiceManagement, etc.)

        Meet or exceed established SAP Support ServiceLevel Agreement (SLA)

        Update procedures, operation instructions, and anyother documentation impacted by system changes

        Ability to stays current on latest SAP technicaldevelopments within the Application Lifecycle Management space.
