As a Configuration & CDRL Data Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of mission-critical defense systems throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain Configuration Management (CM) for program documentation, technical data, and acquisition artifacts throughout the program lifecycle.
* Maintain configuration baselines by tracking configuration identification, change control, status accounting, and document management activities.
* Archive and organize acquisition and engineering documentation in accordance with DoD and program requirements.
* Review contractor Configuration Management processes and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
* Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Technical Review Boards (TRBs), documenting decisions, approved engineering changes, and action items.
* Collaborate with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and program management teams to evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and assess impacts to cost, schedule, technical performance, and sustainment.
* Review proposed configuration changes to ensure operational capability, system performance, and lifecycle support requirements remain intact.
* Maintain CCB membership, governance documentation, and board records to support effective configuration control.
* Support engineering assessments, technical reviews, and program milestone activities.
* Prepare for and support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), ensuring all documentation is complete and audit-ready.
* Capture, track, and report audit findings, meeting minutes, action items, and corrective actions through closure.
* Monitor contractor technical data deliveries and report program status to government leadership.
* Support pre-award and post-award data reviews while ensuring compliance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and contractual data deliverables.
* Review contractor performance against CDRL requirements and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
* Contribute to additional Configuration Management and Data Management initiatives supporting mission success.
* Will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Active Secret Security Clearance Required

* 3+ years working within a DoD SETTING
The annual salary range: $105k - $115k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
