📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the Lead ServiceNow Developer providing hands-on configuration, development and integration services.
  • Lead technical delivery and provide quality assurance for ServiceNow project deliverables.
  • Lead 5+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects from design through deployment.
  • Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow architecture spanning ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM and HRSD.
  • Define and implement enterprise CMDB and CSDM strategies, including data quality and governance.
  • Establish ServiceNow governance frameworks, architecture standards and platform operating models.
  • Lead architecture discussions with executives and stakeholders regarding technical decisions, risks, scalability and modernization.
  • Provide technical leadership for cloud, identity management, security and enterprise integrations.
  • Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, Azure Integration Services and event-driven architectures.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and Service Graph Connector solutions.
  • Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, ATF, Source Control and automated deployment practices.
  • Develop complex ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Analyze existing process flows and participate in process redesign and optimization sessions.
  • Ensure configuration changes across ServiceNow modules do not negatively impact other platform components.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices while working with distributed/remote teams.
  • Support platform performance tuning, scalability, instance health and upgrade management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout technical design, implementation and modernization initiatives.
