Job description

Configuration Manager
Location :- Remote
*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain a single source of truth for all configuration items (CIs) to support reliable and informed decision-making.
  • Optimize IT Operations: Streamline Incident, Problem, and Change Enablement processes to minimize downtime and enhance service delivery.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Align IT capabilities with business objectives to support growth, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Enhance Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks by understanding the relationships and dependencies within our IT environment.
  • Foster Collaboration: Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure the CMDB meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 to $ 90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
