Job description

Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Only ServiceNow BA not developer

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements by engaging closely with onsite stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and regular meetings with business users.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to ensure solutions align with expected outcomes.
  • Support testing phases by preparing test cases, coordinating UAT, and validating delivered functionalities.
  • Ensure all workflows and processes follow ITIL best practices to improve service efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison, maintaining alignment between client teams and delivery teams.
Skills Required
  • Solid understanding of key ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and platform capabilities.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL concepts and experience working with ITSM processes.
