Job description

As a NetSuite Business Analyst, you will support the Finance and Accounting division by managing NetSuite through user administration, configuration, documentation, and other support activities. You will be closely partnered with our current administrator, with the goal of stepping into the role of the sole NetSuite administrator. Additionally, you will take on projects where requirements aren't always clearly defined, partnering across teams to better understand business processes, key drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Train with the current NetSuite administrator to assume primary administrative responsibilities
  • Serve as the sole NetSuite administrator and point-of-contact, performing all configuration, user management, billing workflows, and daily operational support
  • Document system administration processes and procedures to strengthen business continuity and knowledge transfer
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement system fixes or enhancements in partnership with Finance leadership
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities across Finance and Accounting
  • Cross train across other financial systems in the Financial Systems portfolio to provide user support and proactively identify process or system enhancements that improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in workshops, discussions, and discovery sessions to understand business drivers, long-term goals, and areas for optimization
  • Contribute to system transition planning and process redesign as the organization evolves its ERP environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • 3+ years of ERP or business systems experience, with 2+ years of NetSuite experience
  • Proven experience independently administering NetSuite or similar ERP
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and design business processes in the context of system and workflow integration
  • Skilled at interpreting business needs and defining the system requirements to support them.
  • Proven commitment to delivering high-quality, timely support to business users
  • Ability to break work into clear, manageable tasks and accurately assess priority, effort, and time requirements

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Work Environment:

  • Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
  • Exposure to computer screens.

Pay Range: $90,000 - 110,000 per year
