Job Description
The GTreasury SaaS System Administrator / Configuration Specialist will support the implementation and long-term ownership of the company's new GTreasury platform. During implementation, you will partner with Treasury, Accounting, Technology, and the GTreasury product team to configure key modules, validate integrations, and ensure the solution is ready across development, test, and production environments. After go-live, the role transitions into primary application owner, responsible for ongoing administration, configuration changes, and platform optimization in alignment with business needs.
Day-to-day, you will manage system configuration requests, user access and roles, and troubleshoot issues across GTreasury and its integrations with middleware and ERP systems. You will coordinate closely with vendor support, oversee upgrades and releases, and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and strong compliance with internal controls (including SOX). The ideal candidate is a technically strong systems specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of SaaS platforms, integrations, and financial systems, and is motivated by building a stable, well-governed Treasury technology environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Configure GTreasury modules such as Cash Management & Forecasting, Payments, Financial Instruments, Bank Connectivity, Bank-to-Book Reconciliation, Hedge Accounting, and Liquidity Planning in partnership with GTreasury SMEs.
  • Support system configuration, data setup, and environment readiness across development, test, and production.
  • Participate in integration design and validation between GTreasury, middleware platforms, and PeopleSoft (or similar ERP/financial systems).
  • Assist in defining and testing file formats, interfaces, and data mappings (for example, bank files and payment formats).
  • Contribute to system testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and release readiness.
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements, including SOX and access controls.
  • Serve as primary application owner and administrator of the GTreasury platform post-go-live.
  • Manage ongoing configuration changes, enhancements, and user access/roles based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, interface failures, and data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendor support as needed.
  • Oversee system upgrades, releases, and configuration changes across environments.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
  • Act as a key partner between Technology, Treasury, and Accounting, informing their processes with system capabilities and insights.
  • Support process improvements and optimization opportunities within the GTreasury platform.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
  • Maintain data integrity and governance across the platform.

Required Experience/Skills
  • Experience administering or configuring SaaS enterprise applications (TMS, ERP, or similar financial systems).
  • Strong understanding of system integrations between SaaS and on?premise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system implementations and/or major enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues across systems, interfaces, and data flows.
  • Experience managing user access, roles, and system configuration in a production environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business stakeholders (Treasury, Accounting, Technology).

Nice-to-Haves
  • Direct experience configuring GTreasury or another Treasury Management System.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP platforms.
  • Exposure to bank connectivity methods such as SWIFT, APIs, host?to?host connections, and payment file formats.
  • Understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and payments.
  • Experience working in SOX-controlled and highly regulated environments.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
