Creative Dining Services is seeking a full-time Recruitment Partner to join our People & Culture team!


We are seeking a driven, creative recruiter who thrives on finding the right talent, not waiting for it. This individual will take a proactive, "hunter" approach to recruiting, building pipelines, uncovering passive candidates, and engaging talent in compelling ways. This role goes beyond posting jobs. It's about mapping talent markets, building relationships, and creative innovative sourcing strategies to ensure we consistently attract and retain top talent. You’ll help shape recruitment strategies, leverage data and recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance, help optimize enterprise-wide recruitment processes, and ensure every candidate feels valued and informed.


This position reports to the Vice President of People & Culture and will have a hybrid work schedule at our Zeeland, Michigan corporate office.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs and provide recruiting guidance.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through creative and tailored outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key roles and markets.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and background checks, while delivering a high-quality and transparent candidate experience.
  • Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct and coordinate screenings, interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with a focus on both skill and culture alignment.
  • Manage offer development and delivery of decisions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, placement retention, pipeline health, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance.
  • Strengthen and promote Creative Dining Services' employer brand to stand out in the hospitality market.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize enterprise recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and platforms, recruitment strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and employer branding
  • Experience with multi-site (multi-state preferred), high volume recruiting; Hospitality or foodservice recruiting preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of external recruitment platform algorithms, metrics, and process optimization.
  • Highly organized, adaptable and ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Effectively develop internal relationships across the Creative Dining Services organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree business or related field and 4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
