As a key member of our office services team, you will support daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Office Service Assistant to support the daily operations of our conference service team. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining conference rooms, coordinating food and beverage service, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a professional experience for attorneys, staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings, including beverages, catering, and special requests
  • Clean and reset conference rooms following meetings and events. 
  • Ensure conference rooms and visiting offices are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering kitchen, pantry, and food service supplies. 
  • Maintain pantry areas, break rooms, catering galleys, and beverage stations. 
  • Prepare and replenish beverages throughout the office.
  • Restock pantry and supply areas as needed. 
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a professional environment. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless meeting and event support. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, attorneys, and staff. 
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards. 
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year of related experience in hospitality, food service, and office service teams. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
  • Experience in a law firm or corporate office.
  • Experience coordinating catering or meeting services.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. 
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb a step ladder and reach overhead when necessary.
  • Ability to perform moderate to high levels of physical activity throughout the workday.
