Hospitality Specialist, Workplace Experience (Conference Services)

IST Management is seeking hospitality-focused professionals to support the workplace experience within a premier law firm in Washington, DC. These roles are responsible for delivering a high-touch, detail-oriented experience across conference room services, catering coordination, and daily workplace support.

The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a hospitality-driven mindset. This position plays a critical role in ensuring conference rooms, meetings, and client-facing spaces are executed flawlessly and consistently throughout the day.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, where quality, responsiveness, and professionalism are essential.

Compensation: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (flexibility required based on meeting schedules)
Location: Washington, DC (on-site)

Conference Services & Hospitality Execution
  • Set up and break down conference rooms to meet meeting and event requirements
  • Ensure all conference spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
  • Coordinate and support catering deliveries, setup, and cleanup
  • Monitor meeting schedules and proactively prepare rooms based on daily activity
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all meeting and guest-facing spaces
  • Respond quickly to last-minute requests and changes in meeting requirements
  • Deliver a consistent, high-touch hospitality experience throughout the workday
Workplace & Team Support
  • Support overall workplace experience through hands-on service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain inventory of conference supplies, pantry items, and hospitality materials
  • Assist with general workplace support tasks as needed
  • Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions

  • Take ownership of assigned areas and responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in high end hospitality, catering, conference services, events, or similar roles
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive, service-driven attitude with a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to follow directions while maintaining a high standard of execution
