Position Overview:

The HQ Facilities Coordinator ensures office is properly maintained to provide an exceptional work environment for all employees. This includes conference room and office set up, stocked supplies and materials, event space, and other facility issues.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, transport, and restock furnishings, equipment, and supplies for all conference and meeting spaces, including the regular lifting, carrying, and positioning of items to ensure rooms remain functional and compliant with organizational standards.

  • Replenish and organize kitchen areas and foodstorage spaces, requiring routine movement of inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring materials are stored safely and appropriately.

  • Support the maintenance and operation of office and kitchen equipment by performing basic physical troubleshooting and coordinating with approved vendors and technicians for repairs and service.

  • Set up and dismantle meeting spaces, which includes moving, lifting, and arranging furniture and equipment to meet a variety of event and operational requirements.

  • Assist building management and facilities personnel with repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the office, including physical access to various areas, use of basic tools, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Perform shipping, receiving, and internal distribution of mail, packages, catering orders, equipment, and other materials, requiring lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting items throughout the facility.

  • Conduct light handyman and facilities tasks, such as wall mounting, furniture assembly or repair, and minor door or fixture adjustments, requiring manual dexterity, tool use, and physical mobility.

  • Perform additional facilitiesrelated duties as assigned, which may involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and other physical activities consistent with the operational needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred

  • Active, handson position with frequent walking, standing, and movement across multiple areas, as well as the ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and equipment up to 50 lbs.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent time management skills

The hiring range for this position is$38,000 to $50,000annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
