Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in DC, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to assist their team on a temporary basis.
This position is fully onsite and anticipated to last approximately 3 months.
Responsibilities:
· Handling reception desk operations
· Overseeing conference rooms
· Scheduling meeting facilities
· Coordinating food and beverage services
· Overseeing work schedules
· Providing facilities support
· Providing general clerical support
Requirements:
· 2+ years of recent experience in a client services/reception based role in an office environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Organized
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated pay rate for this position is $24/hour.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
