Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated candidate with prior experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Research Assistant (RA) to join us as a Conference Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that students get the most from their conference experience. 2. Logistics & Daily Operations
Conference Commute: Supervise the commute to and from events, accompanying students and ensuring the group stays together and arrives on time.
Attendance: Take roll calls at the start of every day/transport movement. Immediately investigate and report any unauthorized absences.
Communications: Manage a WhatsApp group for your assigned student cohort to disseminate schedule changes/announcements and facilitate quick communication.

  • Experience:
    • Prior experience as a Research Assistant (RA) or Teaching Assistant (TA).
    • Demonstrated experience working with high school/undergraduate students
    • Desirable: previous experience attending a UN conference
  • Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the students' scheduled conference time.
  • Compliance: Must pass a mandatory background check for working with minors.

    • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
