Role Description The Chocolatier is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for producing artisanal chocolates and related confections. Day-to-day task , preparing fillings and ganache, enrobing pieces, to finished products to meet quality and aesthetic standards. The role involves maintaining production schedules, following recipes and safety procedures, The Chocolatier collaborates with thye team.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Bakery and Confectionery practices, with experience producing consistent, high-quality products.
  • Hands-on Baking and Pastry skills, including precise measurement, timing, and temperature control.
  • Well-developed Culinary Skills, particularly in working with chocolate, flavor pairing, texture
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
  • Attention to detail to maintaining quality and appearance standards.
  • Ability to work on-site, including standing, lifting moderate weights, and performing repetitive tasks..
  • Prior experience in a chocolate shop, bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar environment is preferred.
  • A beginner cake decorator will be accepted for the job
