Residential & Service Electrician

Full-Time | Starting at $27+/hr (Based on Experience)

TEP Electric LLC is a growing electrical contractor serving North Georgia. Our work includes

commercial construction projects such as retail, office, restaurants, and tenant build-outs,

while expanding our residential and service division.

We are looking for electricians who want steady work, a professional team environment,

and the opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding its services.

Position Overview

We are hiring an Electrician to support our residential construction projects while

assisting with residential service work as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety — working on job sites, troubleshooting

issues, and supporting multiple types of electrical projects.

What You’ll Do

• Install, wire, and complete full electrical system in new residential construction

• Perform tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up construction work

• Assist with residential electrical installations and service calls

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial and residential settings

• Install panels, lighting, feeders, branch circuits, and conduit (EMT, MC, rigid)

• Read blueprints and electrical drawings

• Work safely and follow NEC and local codes

• Maintain organized and professional jobsites

• Communicate with project managers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of electrical experience

• Residential experience preferred (commercial experience welcomed)

• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to different job environments

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and on a team

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred (Not Required)

• Conduit bending experience

• Service troubleshooting experience

• Generator or EV charger installation

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Lift certification
