Starting rate of pay:
$21.52/hour plus $1.50 shift diff.
Shifts Available and Hours:
2nd shift Monday - Friday (1:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
What you will be doing
  • Operate various Conduit equipment i.e. Mills, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers and hand tools
  • Operate material handling equipment as required
  • Perform complex set-ups on equipment
  • Read and interpret various gauging equipment, ranging from digital calipers, protractors and custom gauges
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Visually inspect work piece before and after machining for defects
  • Perform set-ups on Saws, Bender, Conduit line, coupling machines, mills, de-burring equipment, etc. as needed.
  • Keep machinery running optimally within department and work with team lead / supervisor / maintenance as required
  • Optimize set-ups / improve set-ups to increase production while maintaining safety and quality
  • Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required depending on job

What will make you successful?
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience with machines, repairing machines, machine shop experience.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Prior knowledge of conduit machinery preferred
