Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Property Manager to join our senior condominium team at Hidden Pathways Condominium in White Bear Lake, MN! This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the condominium association including, site supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents.

This property manager schedule includes;

  • 40 hours every two weeks
  • Part time; Day shift
    • Monday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • No weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and supervision to staff
  • Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
  • Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records
  • Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
  • Understands the association governance
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of previous experience – Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities
  • Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications.
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate of Arts
  • Five to ten years of previous experience
  • Experience working with Seniors
