Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations and property performance
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners; attend meetings and provide guidance
  • Prepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reports
  • Oversee vendors and contractors, including bidding, contracting, and performance management
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects

  • Ensure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) and manage risk, insurance, and documentation

Requirements
  • 3+ years of condominium/HOA management experience (required)

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors
  • Stable work history with demonstrated growth in the industry
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office

Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, DOE
  • Performance-Based Growth: Compensation scales with portfolio
    • Earn 40% of management fees tied to your portfolio
    • Potential to reach ~$100K+ at full portfolio (~10 properties)
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO
