Job description

As a Condo Sales Representative, you will support the Kingston Condo Rental Program to increase units on our managed rental program, ensure compliance with established standards and is an ambassador of the hotel to Kingston Rental Owners. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsibilities
  • Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program. Conduct daily solicitation calls, property tours and unit inspections to identify rental options, strengthen relationships with real estate agents to build program awareness and knowledge.
  • Handle all unit owner requests, inquiries and concerns, check unit owner arrivals to ensure inventories are at par.
  • Take appropriate action to address deficiencies with hotel staff and/or unit owner.
  • Conduct bi-monthly/quarterly unit inspections, communicate findings to unit owner.
  • Assure compliance with owner/developer guidelines and the Department's standard operating procedures.
  • Reserve and assign condos to incoming homeowners and their guests.
  • Cover condo service office duties.
  • Generate business leads through on-going solicitation of rental units within resort boundaries using a variety of outbound solicitation methods. Be the first point of contact for prospective clients to sell Kingston Resorts' short-term rental programs. Develop and maintain rapport with HOA managers, Realtors, etc. to ensure Kingston Resorts is the primary rental company of choice for all rentals within Kingston Resorts.
  • Develop and present unit specific proforma models that achieve unit owners' objectives, highlighting the strength of Kingston Resorts as a business partner and management company, converting leads to active contracts thereby growing the rental program.
  • Conduct unit inspections with unit owners and/or realtors to ensure unit standards are met for all prospective units as well as existing units on the rental program.
  • Attend meetings as directed to provide updates.
  • Assist Housekeeping department with inspecting, inventories and stripping of units, as needed.
