Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Team Lead Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of concrete workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to meet project goals.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and project status for management review.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in concrete work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
