CONCRETE SUPERVISOR-Curb & Gutter & Flatwork

Jennings Concrete Contractors, LLC is hiring an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee form setting and finishing crews on commercial, industrial and municipal concrete projects.

Projects include:

  • Curb and gutter
  • Sidewalks
  • ADA ramps
  • Small paving projects
  • General flatwork

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily field operations
  • Manage form setting and finishing crews
  • Read plans and ensure layout accuracy
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower
  • Maintain production schedules and quality standards
  • Enforce safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in concrete construction
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of forming, grading, and finishing
  • Familiarity with curb machine preferred but not required
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifiactions
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record/history
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
