Job description

Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Laborer / Concrete Form Carpenter to join our growing construction team. If you have hands-on experience with residential concrete foundationsconcrete form installation, and flatwork, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors.

Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install and build concrete forms for residential foundations
  • Perform concrete flatwork and foundation preparation
  • Tie reinforcing steel (wire tying/rebar installation)
  • Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup
  • Read and follow construction plans and job specifications
  • Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites
  • Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule

QualificationsRequired

  • Previous concrete foundation experience is required
  • Experience installing concrete formsflatworkwire tying, and concrete finishing
  • Experience working on residential housing foundations
  • Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle to travel to job sites
