We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial concrete projects. If you have strong concrete experience, know how to keep a crew moving, and can take a project from layout through the finished pour, we want to talk to you!

Key Requirements:
  • Strong concrete construction experience with previous Foreman, Lead, or Crew Lead experience
  • Ability to lead, organize, and work alongside a concrete crew
  • Hands-on experience with forming, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete
  • Experience with foundations, slabs, and other concrete projects
  • Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and project plans
  • Experience laying out jobs and preparing sites for concrete work
  • Heavy equipment operation experience for site preparation is a plus
  • Knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
