Job Description:
Haider Engineering P.C., a rapidly expanding REI firm, needs ACI Grade I Field Testing Technician and ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector for a PANY&NJ project at Midtown Bus Terminal.
Reporting Facility: Port Authority Midtown Bus Terminal (or various projects as needed)
Duties and Qualifications: (ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector)
  • ACI Grade I Certified
  • ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector
  • Perform rebar inspection
  • Verify daily concrete mix designs
  • Perform fresh concrete testing and microwave water-to-cement ratio testing
  • Perform post-placement inspections
  • Identify non-conformances and provide a non-conformance report on an as needed basis
  • Take photos to capture all aspects of production on a daily basis
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Current with Secure Workers Access Consortium
  • Valid Driver's License
