Familiarity with tools such as grinders, sprayers, and epoxy or polyurethane coating systems, as well as OSHA safety certifications, is typically required. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are standout soft skills in this role. These skills ensure durable, high-quality finishes, workplace safety, and successful project outcomes.

What are concrete coatings?

Concrete coatings are protective or decorative layers applied to concrete surfaces to enhance their appearance, durability, and resistance to damage. These coatings can help protect against stains, chemicals, abrasion, and weathering, making them ideal for both residential and commercial settings. Common types include epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic coatings, each offering different benefits depending on the use case. Proper surface preparation and application are essential for the coating to adhere well and last longer.
