Job Summary:

Are you ready to kickstart your career in construction? As a Concrete Construction Field Worker at Crookham Construction, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic team, assisting in the installation, preparation, and finishing of concrete structures. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for Success: Assist in setting up worksites for concrete pours, including forms, scaffolding, and mixing equipment.
  • Hands-On Work: Perform concrete placement and finishing tasks, such as pouring, leveling, smoothing, and finishing surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
  • Reinforce Excellence: Help install rebar and other reinforcement materials according to project specifications.
  • Safety First: Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain Standards: Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including concrete finishers, carpenters, and project managers, to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Effective Communication: Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
