Project Manager – Concrete Construction Kansas City Metro | Full-Time, Onsite

About the Job

We're a concrete construction company looking for a Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. This role is fully onsite in the KC metro area — no remote or hybrid option.

What You'll Do

  • Manage concrete projects from planning through completion
  • Handle schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
  • Work closely with clients, engineers, and site superintendents
  • Run project meetings and keep everyone on the same page
  • Visit job sites to check progress, quality, and safety
  • Spot problems early and solve them quickly
  • Report progress to clients and leadership
  • Make sure every project meets code and safety standards

What You Need

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equal experience)
  • Experience managing concrete construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and equipment
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable with Procore, Primavera, or MS Project, plus Microsoft Office
  • Organized and able to manage several projects at once
  • OSHA certification
