Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
  • Configure and audit pricing in various systems.
  • Manage availability of room and golf inventory in various systems.
  • Assist with the development and execution of special offers to target transient business over needs periods.
  • Analyze rate and inventory reports to gain in-depth understanding of resort and revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in biannual market research of comparable luxury golf resorts.
  • Participate in weekly meeting with Vice President of Revenue Management and Senior Revenue Manager.
  • Assist with processing all invoices for the department.
  • Work with Senior Revenue Manager and Sales System Coordinator on all system updates.

Absolutely Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Experience working with data.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Goal oriented team player with the desire to exceed expectations.

  • Hotel Revenue Management experience preferred.
