Affirmed is offering $125.00 per visit and $55 hourly shifts!

Requirements To Join Our Team:
  • A minimum of one year of current RN experience in an acute care setting, home care experience a plus!
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid CT RN License
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Physical exam within the past year
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year. If positive, chest x-ray within the past five years
