What is a Concierge Medicine RN?

A Concierge Medicine RN is a registered nurse who works in a concierge or boutique medical practice, providing personalized care to a smaller group of patients who typically pay a membership fee. Their responsibilities often include coordinating care, providing health education, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring patients receive timely attention. Concierge Medicine RNs often have more direct communication with patients, can spend more time on patient education, and help facilitate a higher level of service than in traditional medical settings. Their role is pivotal in ensuring patient satisfaction and continuity of care in this unique healthcare model.

How does working as a Concierge Medicine RN differ from traditional nursing roles in terms of patient interaction and workload?

As a Concierge Medicine RN, you'll typically manage a smaller patient panel, allowing for more personalized and in-depth interactions with each patient compared to traditional nursing roles. This setting emphasizes building long-term relationships, proactive health management, and often includes extended appointment times. While the workload may be less hectic than in a hospital or clinic, the expectations for communication, follow-up, and patient advocacy are higher. You'll also collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Concierge Medicine RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Concierge Medicine RN, you need a strong clinical background, current RN licensure, and experience in personalized patient care. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and patient management systems is commonly required. Superior interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate patient needs set top performers apart in this role. These competencies enable the delivery of high-quality, individualized care and foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients in a concierge setting.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Wellness Clinic | Ageless Women’s Health
Location: North Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, as needed | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person

Empower women. Elevate wellness. Improve lives.
Ageless Women’s Health is the sister company of Ageless Men’s Health, one of the nation’s leading providers of Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) with more than 90 clinics nationwide. Building on that same trusted foundation, we deliver a new standard of care for women through Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, and personalized wellness and concierge medicine — helping women look, feel, and live their best at every stage of life.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in North Austin and support our growing women’s health clinic.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands-on clinical care, patient education, and long-term wellness relationships.
Daily responsibilities include:

  • Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
  • Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
  • Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
  • Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
  • Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
  • Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
  • Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Contributing to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.

Our Ideal Candidate
You are a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a hands-on, patient-centered environment. You enjoy helping women feel empowered about their health and want to be part of a forward-thinking healthcare team that’s redefining preventive care.
You’re a great fit if you are:
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
  • Skilled in blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular injections.
  • Passionate about women’s health, wellness, and hormone therapy.
  • Experienced in a clinic, outpatient, or women’s health setting.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys patient education and connection.
  • Excited to grow as a subject matter expert in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and integrative wellness medicine.

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred)
  • Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred)
  • EMR proficiency and attention to detail

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We offer:
  • Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or call)
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment focused on wellness and connection
  • Opportunities for growth into full-time roles that include a comprehensive benefits package
