$40.00 per hour | Flexible Day and Night Shifts

If you have strong clinical experience and a passion for pediatric care, this is an opportunity to work one-on-one with patients while maintaining flexibility and professional support. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.

Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience
โ€ข Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred
โ€ข Active Connecticut LPN license
โ€ข Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred)
โ€ข Authorized to work in the United States
โ€ข Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
โ€ข Physical exam within the past year
โ€ข PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within five years if previously positive
