Position Overview
A luxury residential high-rise in Austin, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, creating a strong first impression, and ensuring a consistent, professional, and hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all residents and guests promptly, using proper eye contact, posture, and tone
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests
  • Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
  • Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests
  • Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk presence at all times
