As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What's in it for you: Site Type and Location: Fredericksburg, VA/ Insurance Headquarters Building Schedule: 2pm to 10pm Mon, Tues and Thurs, Fri Competitive hourly wage of $20.25 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options (depending on the amount of hours worked) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control) Candidate will work in the lobby and required to do walking patrols, in addition to vehicle patrols Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Must have a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills You have 2 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience. You have a state license if required You have CPR/First Aid You have computer literacy and phone skills Must have access control and customer service experience You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements You have an active DCJS License You have the ability to provide great customer service You have access control and customer service experience In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work
