Connect Talent Solutions, Hampton Roads one of fastest growing companies is seeking experienced House Cleaners. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable full-time (40+ hours per week) house cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned properties are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in house cleaning and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of assigned properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces
  • Change linens, make beds, and tidy up rooms
  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Manage laundry and ironing duties as required
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in house cleaning
