Unlike traditional dental practices, concierge dental services often offer extended appointment times, direct communication with the dentist, and flexible scheduling. Patients may pay a membership fee or retainer for these enhanced services, which can include preventive care, cosmetic procedures, and emergency access. The goal is to create a more tailored and accessible dental experience.

Job description

✦ Treatment Plan Coordinator - Concierge Dental Group ✦
Clarence, NY
Here's the truth about this role: it's part patient advocate, part closer. If you're great with people, calm under pressure, and you light up when you help someone finally say "yes" to care they've been putting off - this is a sales role with a conscience, and you're going to love it.
Who we are
Concierge Dental Group is dentist-founded and owner-operated - five offices right here in Western New York. Proudly local, not a corporate chain. Modern, fully digital, AI-assisted technology, and a team with an actual personality. High standards, zero stuffiness.
What the role actually looks like
  • Sit with patients after their exam and walk them through the doctor's plan in language that feels human, not clinical
  • Translate between the clinical team and the financial side - insurance, financing, payment options - so nothing stands between a patient and their care
  • Own the follow-up: the fortune is in the follow-through, and you're relentless about it (in the warmest possible way)
  • Partner with scheduling to get accepted treatment on the books
  • Own real numbers: case acceptance, scheduled production, conversion

Let's be straight about the "sales" part
This is a performance role. Your job is to help more patients say yes - ethically, never pushy - and to follow up until it's done. We reward that. There's an uncapped bonus tied directly to your case acceptance and follow-through, and we'll walk you through exactly how it works at the interview. If hitting a goal and getting paid for it motivates you, you'll fit right in.
What you bring
  • 2+ years in treatment coordination, case presentation, patient finance, or a comparable patient-facing role with real conversion goals
  • A communicator who makes a clinical conversation feel human, not transactional
  • Comfortable with practice-management software (Open Dental a plus) and financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, and similar)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable
  • Open to occasionally supporting our other offices

Compensation & benefits
  • $24-$30/hour base, depending on experience
  • Uncapped performance bonus tied to case acceptance and follow-up (detailed at interview)
  • Health, dental, vision & 401(k)
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and continuing-education support
  • Structured onboarding and weekly coaching

The honest part
We're a growing five-location group intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices. This past year we brought in dedicated executive leadership focused on team development, communication, and how our offices work together. We're not done. We're still building. If you'd rather help build something than arrive somewhere already finished - we'd like to meet you.
