Resident Concierge (CNA) - Certified Nursing AssistantFull-Time | Cordova, Tennessee

Cordova Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Resident Concierge (CNA) to assist residents with medical appointments and transportation needs. This position is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working directly with residents while providing safe and reliable transportation services.


Resident Concierge (CNA) Position Summary

As the Resident Concierge (CNA) at Cordova Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

  • Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and other scheduled trips.

  • Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the facility van.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests.

  • Assist labeling laundry and/or other items.

  • Perform CNA duties as needed while supporting resident care.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.


Resident Concierge (CNA) Requirements

  • An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee

  • Current CPR/BLS Certification

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
