Responsabilités principales:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients qui visitent la concession ;

- Utiliser un système téléphonique à plusieurs lignes, filtrer et transférer les appels entrants aux personnes appropriées ;

- Prendre les messages ;

- Stocker les nouveaux arrivages ;

- Distribuer les rendez-vous CRM aux conseillers en question ;

- Faire les paiements de véhicule à la banque ;

- Classer les dossiers du département de service hebdomadairement ;

- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes requises et demandées par les responsables.


Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation;

- Compétences informatiques de base (MS Office);

- Capacité à identifier les besoins des clients et à y répondre;

- Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

- Communiquer de façon professionnelle par téléphone et courriel;

- Identifier et traiter les priorités afin d’atteindre les objectifs;

- Avoir une aisance à transiger avec une clientèle d’affaires;

- Provide a warm welcome to customers who visit the dealership;

- Operate a multi-line telephone system, screen and transfer incoming calls to appropriate persons;

- Take messages;

- Stock new arrivals;

- Distribute CRM appointments to relevant advisors;

- Make vehicle payments to the bank;

- Classify service department files on a weekly basis;

- Carry out any other related tasks required and requested by managers.
