Overview
The Production Assistant (PA) reports to the designated Event Operations Manager and/or Director. The main responsibility of the PA is to help facilitate, on the day of the event, execution of load in, show and load out for the event. When hired for an event, the PA monitors and assists with concerts, sporting events, family shows.
This role pays an hourly rate of $27.08

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with load in for events.
  • Assist clients with set-up and breakdown of dressing rooms, various ancillary events and activations
  • Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work some weekends
  • Perform various administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with building departments
  • Manage last minute tasks and changes with little to no direction
  • Handles all duties with grace, sophistication and professionalism
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently, and to anticipate needs

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years concert/production experience; similar venue experience a plus

Physical Dimensions:
  • Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
  • Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
  • The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.

  • Exposed to weather and non-weather related cold temperatures
  • Pinch points and tight working spaces throughout building;
