Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Non-Exempt
Compensation: $16.00 /hr. + Commission + Gratuity
We offer a transparent pay structure: $16/hr. guaranteed base, competitive commissions (average ~$30 per service across our full menu), and 100% of your tips.

We're looking for a Colorado-licensed manicurist or cosmetologist (DORA-certified) who shares our dedication to technical mastery and heartfelt hospitality. Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality natural and gel manicures/pedicures following spa protocols.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess guest needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and upsell additional services, retail products, or promotions with genuine expertise.
  • Sanitize tools and workstations after each guest according to health/safety standards.
  • Restock supplies and ensure the assigned workspace is clean, organized, and fully equipped.
  • Bag and dispose of used linens/trash in designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records and respond to emails/requests promptly.
  • Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and stay updated on spa offerings.
  • Support team members with spa cleanliness (e.g., locker room inspections, linen transport).
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Uphold spa appearance standards (uniform, name badge, grooming).
  • Foster a positive team environment through open communication and feedback.
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives (recycling, resource conservation).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support spa operations.

Requirements
  • Active Colorado Manicurist or Cosmetologist License (issued by DORA).
  • Certificate of Completion in Manicuring from an accredited U.S. cosmetology school.
  • Proficiency in natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols for nail services.
  • Ability to conduct consultations and recommend treatments.
  • Strong communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Basic computer skills (email, timekeeping systems).
  • Capable of repetitive hand movements and sitting for extended periods. Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. occasionally

  • 6+ months in an upscale spa or salon environment.
