Some weekend and evening work is necessary based on event schedules.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Education Production and Education Administration teams to produce the events, contract artists and partners, and more.
  • Communicate with a variety of community and social service organizations to facilitate attendance at private concert experiences for their constituents and/or staff.
  • Track spending against budget goals for the series and keep accurate financial records. Process invoices and other payments.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective partner organizations and other entities and refer to other team members as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact and liaison for organizations partnering on Well-Being Concerts nationally and internationally, including corresponding with partner sites, sharing tools and materials, tracking/collecting statistics, evaluations and feedback; and monitoring internal timelines and schedules.
  • Build and maintain the library of partner organization resources and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Senior Director of Operations to plan for further partner recruitment.
  • Implement online and in-person training opportunities for partner staff, artists, and hosts, as planned by the project team.
