Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced business analyst to provide expert-level insight and analysis to our client, a finance company. Your main tasks will include performing detailed business requirements analysis, documenting business processes, and support UAT. You will work closely with our client and provide consultation on how we might improve our client's products and services by identifying new opportunities and applying the best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
? Evaluating business processes, providing functional requirements to the development team, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
? Performing application functional and non-functional requirements analysis.
? Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
? Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
? Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
? Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
? Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
? Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
? Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
? Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
