About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a luxury hospitality group to identify a General Manager for a private, high-touch cocktail-driven concept within an upscale hotel environment.

This is not a traditional restaurant role.

This opportunity is built for a leader who understands how to create an experience, not just manage an operation-someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, member-style environment where consistency, personalization, and presence matter.

Comp Set: $90,000 Base + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits

What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading the Experience
  • Create a strong sense of belonging for guests and members
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive repeat visitation
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during service
  • Elevate service standards beyond transactional interactions
Owning the Operation
  • Oversee daily operations of a cocktail-forward, high-touch environment
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 team members
  • Maintain discipline around labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Ensure service execution aligns with elevated hospitality standards
Driving Performance
  • Manage P&L performance and operational efficiency
  • Balance guest experience with financial results
