The role involves working in a supportive environment with opportunities for on-the-job learning and responsibilities including imaging laptops and desktops, equipment setups, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Image/ Reimage Laptop-Desktops
• Desk setup moves
• Computer refresh equipment swaps/migrations
• Break Fix activity
