Job description

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the our client's network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the networking platform
  • Troubleshoot network & system issues
  • Use MSP tools to monitor workstations, laptop, servers and tablets.
  • Monitor active network and server infrastructure
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
  • Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
  • Document all technical procedures and user guides
  • On site and remote support.
  • Install and configure new equipment..

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an IT technician.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service skills.

This position requires reliable transportation to and from client sites. We are an informal yet professional IT company that has been around for over 37 years. We provide some online certification in HIPAA training to assist our clients. Starting position includes a couple of weeks of on the job training, then full time pay will increase along with some bonus opportunity.

Full background check and drug testing is a requirement for this position. You will be responsible for driving to client sites as well as managing remote services for a wide variety of clients.

A good driving record with reliable transportation are required.
